- Data Protection Measures
Your personal data is processed within TechAngels Association located in Romania. The hosting and storage of your data takes place on Google Cloud platform, offered by Google Cloud Emea Limited in Ireland, which acts as a processor for TechAngels Association.
Your personal data is also processed by Okapi Agency SRL acting as a data processor for TechAngels Association, providing hosting and management for this website.
The personal data from the Startup Application process is also shared with Dealum OÜ from Estonia, that acts as a data processor for TechAngels Association, providing Dealum platform access.
If selected to attend a pitch, your personal data will be shared with Zoom Communications Inc, a company from the United States that offers Zoom communication platform. The adequacy for the personal data transfer to the United States is ensured by the adherence of Zoom Communications Inc to the Data Privacy Platform program, for which the European Commission issued an adequacy decision.

All subprocessors are carefully selected and must meet our data protection standards:
- Responsible Processing Agreements: We maintain appropriate data processing agreements with all subprocessors that handle personal data
